Cosy hotel in the heart of the shopping area

I spent two nights at the Franklin Roosevelt. Location is excellent if you are there for shopping. Room (“supérieure”) rather large for Paris standards, very good bathroom.There was even a small balcony, seating two. The hotel is very quiet and well-kept. Staff is kind and helpful. Cosy bar with good selection of drinks where you can relax in a rather British atmosphere. Plenty of good restaurants in a walking distance. Only weak point is breakfast : for 16 euro, they could provide fresh juice; however bakery and coffee are fine. I would recommend the place to friends.
